Places to stop and refuel
When out and about on your walks there are plenty of places to stop, enjoy the sun and refuel:

Days out with four legs
When away with your hoomans, there’s plenty of attractions that welcome four-legged friends. A few of our favourites are below.

No two walks the same
The Island has miles of countryside walks and coastal paths to explore throughout your stay. No two walks have to be the same.

We have a collection of walking routes – please ask reception for a photocopy of these, or see our Isle of Wight walking routes.
Sand in your paws, all year round
You can enjoy the sand in your paws all year round on a few of our local beaches.

We aren’t allowed on the main tourist beaches during the summer season between 1 May and 31 October. Restrictions affect parts of Cowes, East Cowes, Gurnard, Ryde and Seaview, Ventnor, Sandown, Shanklin, Colwell, Totland and Freshwater. Not all parts of the beach are affected and you’ll still be able to walk along the promenade or coastal paths.

Bring the dog. We’ll do the spoiling.
All accommodation at Luccombe Manor is dog-friendly, with peaceful gardens and clifftop and coastal walks right outside the door.
