A Message of Assurance Regarding Coronavirus – Covid-19

We understand how much uncertainty and concern there is currently regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. What we also understand is that you will still want to make plans for great getaways, but with as little risk as possible.

The relationship  with our guests is of paramount importance to us and as such, we want to re-assure you of the procedures we have put in place to protect both our guests and team.

Not only do we wish for our guests and staff to remain in good health, we want to do all we can to ensure that your stay with us is happy, comfortable and above all memorable for all the right reasons.

We appreciate that many of you may be concerned about booking a break away right now and so we have temporarily amended our cancellation policy to ensure you do not lose out.

As such, should you feel unwell, then you may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your arrival and any deposit paid may be transferred, free of charge, to a future booking within the next 12 months.

Please be assured that we are constantly monitoring the situation and are following all Government guidelines to ensure you have the best experience possible during your stay with us.

In the meantime, we are open for business as usual and very much welcome and appreciate your suport. We will advise you of any updates as the situation progresses.

Finally to any of our guests visiting our hotels and apartments, we want to assure you that in addition to our exceptional high standards of cleanliness, we have also added hand santizer units to the entrances and restaurants of each business. We are also ensuring that TV and electric blind remote controls are santized between guests use and placed in sealed plastic bags. The Housekeeping team are also regularly santizing all hand touch surfaces.
